Q: ARE THEY STRETCHY?

A: Yes! Our new fit is 95% cotton / 5% spandex, so you get all the breathability of cotton with just enough give to crouch, chase, lunge and lift without your scrubs filing a formal complaint.

Q: WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT THE NEW FIT?

A: Relaxed and built for real shifts. Extra length in the pants for the tall girlies, an easy waistband that doesn't dig, and a top that actually sits where you want it. Have a peek at the size chart before you order so you land on your perfect fit first go.

Q: WILL MY SCRUBS SHRINK?

A: Barely, sis. The 5% spandex helps her hold her shape, so she won't shrink away from a cold wash the way you shrink away from your alarm at 5am.

Q: I'M BETWEEN SIZES, WHAT NOW?

A: Size up, sis! Oversized scrubs are the ultimate move - even if you just want a little extra length. And check the size chart first: those are garment measurements, not body measurements.

Q: HOW ARE THE MEASUREMENTS ON THE SIZE CHART TAKEN?

A: Great question, sis - here's the tea. Bust, waist and hips are measured all the way around (the full circle, not half), and the waist is measured stretched to its biggest point - because that elastic has some serious give and we want you to see her full potential. Every other measurement is the garment laid flat, point to point. So don't panic if a number looks small on the chart - grab a tape measure, compare it to a pair you already love, and you'll land your perfect fit first go.

Q: HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THESE BAD BOYS?

A: Treat them like your ex - handle with care and don't let them get too hot. You'll spot "hand wash" on the care label, but breathe, sis, we're not sending you to the laundry sink after a 12-hour shift. That's the label being extra cautious. Real life version: cold wash, gentle cycle, hang to dry. No heat, no tumble dryer, and no wringing her out like a mop - a gentle squeeze is plenty. That 5% spandex is what gives her the stretch, and heat is the one thing that ruins it, so the dryer stays well out of this relationship. Kindness in, longevity out.

Q: WHY COTTON AND SPANDEX?

A: Cotton is the OG - soft, breathable and made for long shifts. The 5% spandex is what makes her a keeper - a bit of stretch, better recovery, and she holds her shape all shift instead of going baggy by hour ten.

Q: DO THEY WRINKLE?

A: A little - she's cotton at heart, and the spandex helps her bounce back. We call that character. Not into the "I just rolled out of bed" vibe? A quick iron or steam on a low setting and you're golden.

Q: HOW DO I MAKE SCRUBS LOOK CUTE?

A: You're already cute! It's the scrubs that have to keep up - pair them with some cute kicks, a coffee to go, and boom - you're ready to slay the day!
