🔄 Returns & Exchanges – No Worries, Sister! 💖
We get it—sometimes things don’t fit quite right or just aren’t the one. No stress, we’ve got your back! Here’s everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your order:
⏰ 30-Day Return Window
You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. That’s plenty of time to decide if you’re vibing with your new scrubs or not. If it’s a no—we’re here to make it easy!
🧑⚖️ What Makes You Eligible?
To make sure your return is accepted, here’s what we need:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it (think unworn, unused, and ready for a second round). Trying your scrubs on for size is totally ok. 👗
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase (with your order ID number) to kick things off.
💌 How to process your return (the easy way!)
We’ve made it super easy with our Self-Serve Returns! Follow these steps, and you’ll be sorted in no time.
✨ Step 1: Head to our Returns Portal
Head to heysister.aftership.com/returns.
✨ Step 2: Follow the Prompts
You'll be prompted to verify your order, select the items from your order, select an option for refund, exchange or store credit.
✨ Step 3: Send your Product/s to us
Once your return is approved, just pop your item in a satchel and send it our way! We don’t cover return postage, so you’ll need to arrange and pay for shipping. Keep your tracking number handy!
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We don’t cover return postage, so make sure to use a trackable shipping method to ensure it gets back to us safely.

Items sent back without prior approval? Sadly, they won’t be processed, so please reach out first!
💥 Damages & Issues
We want you to love your order, so please inspect it as soon as it arrives. If something’s defective, damaged, or you got the wrong item, let us know right away! We’ll fix it and make sure you’re all good. 🙏
🚫 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Sorry, but we can’t accept returns on:
- Sale items (the deals are already too good! 😉)
- Gift cards (no returns on these little gems).
