We know you’ve got a lot on your plate—nursing, living your best life, and rocking those scrubs. So we’ve made sure that getting your order is quick, easy, and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver your fab new gear straight to your door! 😎✨
1️⃣ Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Ready to get your scrubs? Let’s break it down:
- Standard Shipping (AU$10): Estimated delivery in 2-8 business days for orders under AU$100.
- FREE Standard Shipping: We’re all about those good vibes. If your order is over AU$100, shipping is on us! 🎉
- Express Shipping (AU$15): Because waiting is so 2000s, get your order in 1-4 business days by choosing this option at checkout.
We process orders within 1 business day, but remember—delivery times are estimated, so they may vary depending on your location.
2️⃣ International Shipping (New Zealand)
We see you, Kiwi Sisters! 🇳🇿
- Standard International Shipping (NZ$23): Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days. So, pack your patience… it’s worth it.
Orders are processed in 1 business day. Keep in mind that delivery times may change based on where you live and how customs is feeling that day.

Once you hit that "order" button, we get to work! All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
When your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email (with tracking info!) so you can keep tabs on your goodies. 📦✨

Right now, we’re shipping to Australia and New Zealand only. We’re working on expanding to more countries, but check your checkout page for the most up-to-date shipping options.

For our international Sisters (we see you, NZ! 💕), just a heads up that customs duties and taxes may apply to your order. Hey Sister Scrub Club isn’t responsible for any extra charges that pop up during customs—so make sure you check out those details before you place your order!

Your package is like a VIP guest at a party—it needs to be tracked! 🕵️♀️ Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details. Keep an eye on it so you know exactly when your scrubs will land at your door.
